We hope you absolutely love your ELET. purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 💛

1. Change of mind
We completely understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or store credit for full-priced items, as long as:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging

  • You can provide proof of purchase
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

2. Sale items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Faulty or damaged items
Oh no! We’re so sorry if something arrived not quite right.
If you’ve received an item that’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue
    We’ll do our very best to resolve it quickly — whether it’s a refund, replacement, or store credit.

4. How to start a return
To request a return, just email us at info@eletstore.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method (please allow a few business days for this to show up).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
